About Dome People

Terry and Lucy Sheffer Sheffer have been on an entrepreneurship journey ever since they got married 35 years ago.

Terry is a Marine Corps veteran who met Lucy while serving as a Marine Security Guard at the American Embassy in Bogota Colombia. They both have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Terry and Lucy owned, operated and sold 4 restaurants, also run an organic farm and now have been loving helping people set up their own Geodesic Domes. From GreenhouseS, to Glamping, Chicken Coops, sauna, studio, office, the possibilities and uses are endless.

Their dedication to their craft, superb quality and customer service, make them and their team the place to go when it comes to building your own Geo-Dome.

Dome People Greenhouses and all domes are constructed 100% in the United States. Located in Butler, TN right in the Smokey Mountains. Dome People supplies a high-quality structure that is priced well below the competition, and that gives directly back to the American Economy.

We believe in giving back and paying forward. For each dome sold, Dome People donates 10% of profits to veterans organization
